Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be in the form of the original order confirmation email or packing slip.




Exclusions:

Final Sale Items: Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Personalized Items: Any items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.
